Seol Ak San is famous for duck BBQ.It delives name from Seol Ak mountain in S.Korea.Ducks have unsaturated fatty acid, so you don't need to worry about getting fat, when you eat roast ducks.If you cook meats with kimchi and bean sprouts, it will be better taste.After finishing BBQ, they make fried rice on the stone- plate.It is yummy.
